I would give zero stars if the system allowed it. Ruined my clothes. When I called them about it the Asian owner acted like all of a sudden she couldn’t understand English. I hung up the phone and went to the store. She was no where to be found. I spoke to her husband who denied that he ruined my clothes —even though his tags were still stapled to the clothes and they were still bag tied inside the Largo Cleaners plastic dry cleaning bag. USE LARGO CLEANERS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Unfortunately, this will be my last time having anything dry cleaned, or altered here. After giving them the benefit of the doubt, they ripped me off again by not telling me that they were not able to alter my garment even though they took my $25.

They will look you dead in the face and hand you back something that they know they did not dry, clean or alter after you have already paid. They will look you dead in the face and hand you back something that they know they did not dry clean or alter after you have already paid.

The $25 is not even worth me going back to complain. I will safety pin my baggy skirt and keep it moving. I will also be keeping it moving...read full review

Never again!!! They make you pre pay for their services, the pants were not ready when promised and when I went back the second time, they could not find the pants. I will never go back.
