As a new patient a warm welcome was not there. The front desk Spanish lady(Stephany I think)had no customer service skills. She literally begun by just pointing go here, stand there, take off your shirt. No explanation of what I was in for not even a good morning or how are you doing. New patients need a EKG and be fasting for blood work by the way. No one informed me. So I was weary of what the Drs would be like. The NP Raliat was a 180. She introduced herself and actually cared for me as a patient. Even the check out lady was nicer. Came back for blood work The rest of the staff was great 👍
