The tact Nixon, did a wonderful job. Set it up, explained everything to you. Let you know what's going on how to work. The system, some people won't even tell you that they're just getting, put the system in. And do not explain anything about the unit, or anything that goes on with the unit. He did a wonderful job setting it all up. Explaining things and it went wonderful.
I used C&D Mechanical to install a new HVAC unit in my home. The owner, Mr. Dwayne Smith, provided me with excellent service. He arrived on time (the day of the service); explained (beforehand) what needed to be done; and discussed the cost involved with an option for getting what would be efficient and affordable for me. Mr. Smith finished installing my new HVAC system within the time frame that he said he would (one day) and helped me understand how to use the app on my phone for the system. Dwayne has worked on my HVAC on two separate occasions. He’s been a total professional in his work and demeanor, while also explaining to me the various components of the HVAC system. He identifies and fixes the issue promptly, and pricing is very reasonable. I’m glad that C&D is in my area- they are and will continue to be my go-to for all HVAC issues in my home.
