About Shumaker's Animal Control.
Shumaker's Animal Control is highly recommended for anyone facing critter issues. Customers praise their prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly service. When a squirrel chewed a hole in a soffit, one customer received immediate assistance, with a technician arriving the next morning. The team walks clients through the process, shows pictures of the traps, and checks back regularly. Another customer, after struggling with squirrels for months, found success with Shumaker's, who captured and removed the pests and repaired entry points within a week. Overall, Shumaker's provides effective solutions and excellent customer care.
Shumaker was recommended to us by Orkin once it was determined we had bats in the closet attic. Shumaker came out the next day at 8am to create a plan, communicated openly about what they were going to do to get the bats out, and were clearly very experienced in the matter. Came out the NEXT day at 8am and got the job done quickly, then returned a week later to remove the one-way door and seal up the area. Their turnaround time was impressive and we were happy with the communication with the team.
I had a great experience with this company. They were very responsive and handled my issue quickly.
They took on the job when many other companies wouldn't because of the tall height of my home. I had a racoon issue and a large hole in the soffit of my roof. Trapped a couple racoons and patched up the entry way. They had good communication and were efficient.
