We used John to waterproof our basement and liked him so much we decided to remodel our laundry room through him.Throughout the entire process John was easy to communicate with and was always willing to listen. He made adjustments to the project to best address our wants and needs to give us a better looking, highly functional finished product.We can not express enough how thrilled we are with how this project turned out. Now thanks to John and his crew, doing laundry is not a chore anymore it is a treat.

John and his entire staff are AWESOME and a pleasure to work with. We have had several projects done by his companies. We've had our basement gutted and waterproofed, our gutters replaced and our last project was a porch remodeled. (Begore/After Pics attached)John is very professional. Speed and quality – two attributes you want in a contractor. Valco Custom Remodeling, Inc. delivered on both and then some. The work was high quality, done quickly, workers respected our home, and they stayed true to the estimate. We got new flooring, drywall, and painting and it is beautiful! We have been disappointed by contractors in the past, so we really appreciate a satisfactory experience when we get one. We highly recommend Valco.
