absolutely love warby parker. my daughter and i were in and out in less than hour. the appt was my 7 year old and they were extremely patient whenever she felt uncomfortable or uneasy with the machinery. they talked to her with respect and made us feel welcomed. i went to warby parker for myself in 2019 but i will consistently go each year for my family.
Brittany was so kind and helpful in helping me pick out my first pairs of glasses! She explained the process, helped me file a claim for my insurance, and told me about benefits and how to care for my glasses. The store was very well organized and clean
India was the sales rep and she was friendly, knew the inventory and had ideas, helped with my insurance, was professional and very knowledgeable. She was absolutely terrific to work with and I highly recommend seeing her when you go there!
