Several times over the past years, most recently today, Mr. Turlington has earned the highest recommendation. We needed to get our 80+ year-old hot water system checked out, as some of the radiators weren't putting out heat. We were scheduled promptly, and Mr. Turlington himself arrived ahead of time. He did a thorough inspection of all radiators as well as the boiler, gave us a full and clear explanation of what was going on, and fixed what could be fixed without a major and unnecessary overhaul of the whole system. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, super friendly, and extremely fair with pricing.
Turlington is the BEST company around in our opinion. We found them on google in 2013 when we bought our very first house. They replaced an AC unit when it was stolen during the escrow, it was done promptly and efficiently. Since then we moved to an 1890 farm house in which they serviced the furnace, and now a 1901 that had a hydronic system and broken boiler not used in 20 years. They provided exemplary service and top notch professionalism throughout the entire process of installing the new high efficiency boiler, old boiler removal, leak and pressure checks on the very many old pipes and radiators.
