With Laura the clinic coordinator, I received excellent and helpful preparation for the appointment itself. This was time consuming, and yet Laura explained everything clearly via phone and email, even complicated health insurance policies. With Dr Molly at my first appointment, I received excellent care and a clear explanation of my condition, along with a doable plan to help me recover fully. The holistic approach was comforting and reassuring. I will recommend this excellent PT practice to friends and colleagues!
Laura at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She made the somewhat daunting experience of walking into a new place easy and worry free. Customer Service is Everything these days. Origin definitely hired the right person to represent them ?
Alicia at Origin has changed my life. 10/10 recommend. I was in pretty bad pelvic floor pain and Alicia has offered emotional support, words of encouragement, and lots of laughs along the way. Laura is always awesome and welcomes with a “Good morning Beautiful” every visit that I look forward to as well. I definitely recommend this office to everyone! They take the time to really listen and come up with a plan & goals to match.
