My floors look wonderful! My husband said he thinks they look better than when they were new and I agree. Sam and his team are hard working and professional and nice guys besides.We will definitely be reaching out to them in a few years when we need our floors done again.

Sam was very friendly and professional during the Pre-sale process. But once I hired him to refinish my floors, he outsourced the work to a subcontractor, and was nowhere around. There were so many issues with their work, but I’ll try to keep it brief. I was renovating my old home to sell, after we moved out. 1. While scheduling contractors, I tried to schedule the flooring first, but Sam told me it didn’t matter. In fact he suggested that I schedule the painters and others to do their work before the flooring, “because the other contractors might mess the floors up”. Boy was he wrong!!! His crew came in messed up the new carpets, the walls, vents and everything. I had to pay the painters extra to do touch ups, and hired two separate cleaning crews to clean up their mess. 2. Because he outsourced the work, the sub crew saw some issues with the selected color when they sand the floors and started the work, but they didn’t care. They completed the entire floors anyway!! The stairs and the upstairs looked horrible. When I reported it to Sam, he tried to convince me to “sell as-is” and he will work with the buyer. I refused and insisted that he fix it before moving forward. I believe in quality work. Long story short, he delayed my listing by another 2-3 weeks, he was less responsive during this process and many more. I would call and text multiple followups before he responds, sometimes days later. He ended up doing the rework and I added some extra money to his payment, simply because it caused extra to do the rework, though it was their fault. The over work was not the quality anyone would except, so I had to hire 2 other professionals to finish up the stairs and other parts that wasn’t done right.

My husband and I are so pleased we are with the exceptional job they did on our floors! I felt like I was walking into a completely different house the first time I saw the work they had done, I couldn't believe the difference! Our 80 year old floors look brand new! My husband also said that the team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and showed up exactly on time. Sam and Shannan were very easy to work with and accommodated our busy schedules. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to have their floors refinished!
