We had our ducts cleaned after 16 years in our home. Lowe's was communicative, responsive and Ivan showed up during the appointed window of time. He was kind, thorough, and showed me pictures before and after of his work. I believe it was a value and the best rpice around. Highly recommend!
Lowe’s was contracted to clean the dryer vent. Oswaldo was fast, efficient and very professional. He offered explanations for everything he did annd advice for routine maintenance. Oswaldo also cleaned the area thoroughly when he was done.
Ivan was the tech that came to my home. He was very professional, explained the process and answered all my questions. Show me before and after pictures of all my vents. I am satisfied and will recommend to friends and family.
