My family have been long time and occasional customers. We started using Loane for our awning needs over 50 years ago, and only need them every 20 years or so because their products are so high quality. My recent 2026 experience in replacing a binding on an old awnings could not have been easier: one phone, spoke to the Loane man who had installed the awnings years ago, he had a photo of his work from back then, so he knew exactly what was needed. Within days they came, took a piece they needed - without needing to schedule time or interrupting me - and replaced it, totally fixed days later, again without fanfare or any inconvenience to me or distraction to my household....read full review

Rented 30 chairs from Loane Bros. and the experience was pleasant. They took the reservation over the phone; no need to pre-pay. I would use them again.

This was an incredibly easy experience from rental to pick-up! We needed wedding chairs and tables and Holly was amazing at getting us set up with our choices. Their selection was great (had chair styles I couldn't find elsewhere) and everything was wonderful quality. Delivery + pick up were quick and efficient and on top of all of that, the pricing was better than other companies quoted me. Thank you Loane Bros!
