This place lacks any kind of relaxed spa vibe that I would expect for this type of service. You go to feel pampered, which is kind of ruined when the receptionist isn't friendly, and no one seems very happy to be there. I booked two services, but they cancelled one of the services due to an error on their part. At first I wasn't happy with how my hair was styled, but she did fix it so it looked good. My stylist was nice, but I just wasn't very impressed with the place overall.
