This was my 2nd time going here. I was serviced by Takia, the owner. She was pleasant, polite and quick.. 1st time I had some concerns especially when it came to working with 4c hair but I thought I'd just opt for a different style next time. On my original 2nd appt she Canceled less than 24hrs prior because of hand pain, upsetting but understandable. Now when it came to rescheduling, she was back in the shop a week after her cancelation with me but hadn't rescheduled my appt, I kept in contact weekly, even after a month later, I still had no appt because she said she had no spots. I received any email to write a review . I usually love how the stylist does my hair the prior two times I went but this time was different. The service is good and the stylist is professional but I'm not pleased on how my braids turned out . My braids aren't a consistent size from root to end . I understand that at the ends the very end they get smaller but in my case they are not the same size even mid way through and they look thin. I choose the same size each time so I can tell the difference in this time. Also I selected the service for waist/hip and it seems some are the length I selected and some are doing their own thing at mid back and even a little... read full review
