Mr. Frederick is one of the best martial arts instructors in the country. I should know. I went through my green belt with him and then moved out of state. After twenty years and four martial arts schools later, I come back to Baltimore to train with Mr. Jim. He's an eighth degree black belt (how many people can train with one so skilled?!) and is one of the nicest people I know. Go to his school. You won't be sorry. I'm just sorry I moved away!
