Rob Taylor is one of the most passionate and energetic coaches in the industry. He cares a great deal about everyone he trains and will stop at nothing to give you his absolute best. Whether you're going to train with him or attend a weekend clinic, you won't be disappointed.

Rob Taylor and SMARTER Team Training are absolutely the best strength and conditioning team in the area. As a physical therapist working in the Baltimore area, I feel completely confident sending my athlete patients to Rob to continue their rehab and return to sport programs. Rob and his trainers work well with athletes of all levels and implement individual progress plans.
