I recently had the pleasure of meeting Steve Lombardi for the new construction doors and windows . He was beyond knowledgeable about the requirements of my community HOA and took all of the responsibility on himself to provide my HOA all required documents . He explained everything in detail to me and made sure I was aware of all financing and payment options before making that decision . Instead of new construction project being a dreaded task I am actually looking forward to the project and it’s completion! I would very much recommend Steve Lombardi and his entire team at Pella!
I had Matthew Davidson come out yesterday and go over door options. He was a great listener and we chose to go with Pella! I am looking forward to seeing that the rest of the company is as good as his service!
Darrell took time to answer any questions that I had, and provided me with all the payment options available…clearly explained the installation procedure too… he’s straight to the point and easy to deal with…highly recommended and for sure i will give his number to my friends a a referral…keep up the good work Sir…!!!
