My A/C unit stopped cooling and it was under warranty. Mr..Walbert came out himself assessed the problem, ordered the part, and then followed up to fix the problem. The only thing that I had to pay was labor which can also be expensive. I'm a furloughed federal employee and when I told him I was furloughed, he didn't charge me a thing and it was done at no charge. Thank you!
They did a great job replacing our old carrier furnace with a new Carrier- also had an even better price available for a Goodman if we'd wanted to go that route. Fixed the thermostat wiring that our prior contractors had mucked up. Thanks Clyde & rest of staff @ Walbert.
This is a family business. I’ve been using them for about ten years. They provide great service and reasonable prices. Can’t really find local service with a smile anymore. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs heat or ac services.
