I have to update my review of this establishment. I just met with the manager, Mr. Lewis, when I went to pick up my glasses today. First, the glasses are on point. Nothing at all wrong with the frames nor the lenses. Frames were brand new and my prescription is correct.
Now, as to my previous issues, Mr. Lewis sincerely apologized and offered to remedy any issues I may have had. He was patient and most of all, listened to my concerns. He didn’t have to do all that he did. He went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer, and I am grateful to have been assisted by him. I took my daughter here to get prescription glasses. The staff was extremely professional and courteous throughout the visit, and was very thorough.
What really got me was the lady working at the time (sorry, couldn't remember the name) saw my daughter squinting to see, and she had been without glasses for about 8 months. Prior to that, she hadn't had her prescription checked in about 6 years, so seeing anything was a challenge. She helped my daughter get her glasses made that night, at closing time, instead of waiting the average 2 weeks or so. What a huge blessing she received! The staff was extremely professional and took their time with each and every customer. They listened carefully in determining what is most suitable for the customer as well. I will come back every time for any eyeglass wear and eye exams.
