I went to Camp Springs urgent care today for my daughter. We went there very concerned. The entire staff from the front desk to the doctor was very knowledgeable, personable and friendly. You don’t always see this. One nurse came in and sat and talked to us about her condition and provided recommendations to us. That’s top notch.

Horrible customer service do not recommend coming here the receptionist at the nursing urgent was VERY rude to some of the elder patients for no reason. The lady at the desk in the front was rude to me for no reason. Dr Hutchensen was good but a little bit unnecessarily Pompous. Not a professional place.

If you’re going to have an attitude problem perhaps you shouldn’t be at the reception desk. I came here for urgent care which the app/website says is open from 3-11pm does not say anything about needing an appt. The receptionist told me that I needed an appt but she would put me in the system. I explained to her that it’s not posted anywhere excepts the sign next to her desk but if that was the case then I would gladly go to another location. She then caught an attitude and continuously made it a point to say I need an appt. If I say I will go somewhere else and you say you’ll see me anyway then there should be no reason for you to have an attitude and continuously berate me when you’re at fault for not having proper signage. The provider was wonderful but the receptionist working the urgent care 3/1/2024 needs to work on her people skills. Especially when my son was seen at the same location a week ago and nobody told him he needed an appt.

They were an hour late to join a virtual doctor's visit. They tell us to come in. And we have been sitting in the waiting area for over an hour and no idea what's going on. This place sucks badly. Never coming back ever again. I'll stick to the Capitol Hill location. Things actually move there.

I saw Alfred Lorenzo Phelps PA, I have left trigger thumb and right carpal tunnel syndrome, let me tell this Dr was very kind, knowledgeable, he explained to me in full detail and Drew a picture what was going on with me, I have never experienced such a great bedside manner! I will not see anyone else! Thank for everything!!Would also like to give a shout out to nurse Lenora Thomas for her wonderful care of me!!
