I had an excellent experience at Kaiser. Upon arriving for my appointment, I was welcomed at the main check-in desk by Florence Richardson. She is a true professional—warm, attentive, and respectful with every patient she assisted. Her communication skills are outstanding, and she made me feel immediately at ease, confident that I was in the right place. On Monday, September 29, 2025 around 5pm, my husband visited the Kaiser Urgent Care at the Camp Springs location. We were greeted at the desk by Jewel. While my husband was a bit discombobulated due to his illness, Jewel immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. She was phenomenal, extremely helpful and very professional. She ensured my husband was comfortable, explained the process. and provided us with the required information. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We want to show our appreciation to thank those involved in his care - from the beginning of the process (Jewel) to the diagnosis and resolve from the entire medical team.

Aside from being ill, this was one of the best experiences. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. The bedside manner of the nurses, Jewel and Kam was exceptional and above any we have ever experienced.
