I recently had an issue with one of my appointments, and after speaking with TJ, I genuinely felt cared for as a customer. From the moment he answered the phone, he was empathetic, patient, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. He never made me feel like I was being difficult or unreasonable. Instead, he took the time to truly listen, understand where I was coming from, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered.
What stood out to me most was TJ's character. It's rare to speak with someone in customer service who makes you feel like they're genuinely advocating for you instead of simply following a script or trying to get you off the phone. At no point did I feel like I was just another complaint or another ticket to close.
