Instead, he took the time to truly listen, understand where I was coming from, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered.

I walked away from our conversation feeling heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.

We even ended up sharing a few laughs by the end of our conversation, and when I told him I wanted to recognize him publicly, his gratitude felt completely genuine. It reminded me that people working in customer service often hear complaints but don't always hear when they've made a real difference. TJ absolutely made a difference for me.
