The nail tech Brittany Toy charges a 15 dollar deposit for appointments. . . Yet she was 20 minutes late. Appointment was set 4 DAYS IN ADVANCE! I was OVER charged for a service that was mediocre. I had sever cuts on cuticles AND tip of fingers that burned for days after service. I gave her my hard earned money as respect for her hustle BUT SHE GAVE NO CONCERN about respect for me as a client .i was over charged and I’ve been getting my nails done since I was 18!! I know the value of nails at this point. I was price gauged.
