I gotta give both Zulma and Lesly their props and recognition. 5 stars in every category. They are very patient with my grandmother and treat her with respect, delicate care and a lot of patience. That is one thing that I love that both girls show, they are very patient with her since she has trouble walking and she is constantly in pain. I will mention something that displeased me the other day was the attitude of the other office admin that works in the Silver Spring branch. She was a bit rude and I did not appreciate that.
So grateful for the treatment I’ve received and I feel so much better now after coming consistantly to my treatments with Shahin! Gissel was so sweet and professional! They are an amazing team!
Wonderful spirit of joy and helpfulness. Good clarifications about needed procedures. Kindness and carefulness are always evident in all personnel. Especially Gisela at reception and my Physical Therapist, Sharon.
