Terrible Experience: Disrespectful Shoe Representative with a Nasty AttitudeZero stars should be an option because that's what this shop should be receiving. I recently had the misfortune of visiting this shoe repair shop for a simple repair job, and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing and disrespectful experience. The first young lady wasn't that helpful, I went on a different day and the other person was different. She assited me in finding what I wanted. She even went in the back and looked in different boxes for the specific hair I was looking to purchase.The first experience with this company was average the second time was excellent. I was looking for a specific kind of hair and she told me that all the hair had been reduced that was in the box. I had grabbed a bundle that wasn't suppose to be in the box and it was a different price that did not have the mark down price. Stopped in as a first time customer for a quick shoe shine and it was done while I waited!! Top notch service with a smile and prices unbeatable. Thanks for the excellent work, I'll be back!
