I had one instance where a comforter I brought shrank about 20% after cleaning; Karen was great about refunding the cleaning charge and covering the cost of the comforter promptly. Appreciate that they were willing to make things right.

Also at some dry cleaners, when they return your shirts they have only buttoned the top button, and the front placket gets folded inside the bag so you get a long crease. That happens surprisingly often but has never happened at this cleaner.
