CCI Health Services Takoma Park

My mom had an appointment yesterday 7/1 at 2:40pm the 2 front desk ladies were nice making jokes with the other patients I waited for my mom to be seen which wasn’t long. But when she was called to go weigh herself & blood pressure the MA was being short no sympathy whatsoever my mom was nervous & she just smirked. She was just mute didn’t say anything after being seen since the doc said they’d give her the referral she was waiting on. The clinic is nice and the doctors are nice as well but some of the front desk workers are rude. Also they will do labs on you and then not actually give you your lab results the patient portal is useless.

There are no words of gratitude to be able to express my feelings for the wonderful attention and help they have given me and my children, it is a great program and the attention they provide is very good, thank you, may God Bless the people who make it possible this help.... read full review
