Carriage House Cleaners is a dry cleaner in Takoma Park known for its gentle, eco-friendly cleaning methods. They do an amazing job, with clothes coming back perfect, looking new, well pressed, and clean. However, they are not very reliable for normal timeframes and are often too busy for quicker service. A three-day turnaround is considered express and is frequently unavailable, with a full week often needed instead. They do not offer same-day cleaning due to high demand. Despite this, many consider them one of the best cleaners in the DMV area.

They do a good job cleaning, but they aren’t very reliable if you need anything within a normal timeframe. Today (Wednesday) I was told I couldn’t have two pairs of pants cleaned by Saturday (three days) because they are too busy to provide “express” service and needed a full week. And it wasn’t the first time they’ve pushed back on a three-day turnaround. Not sure I’ve ever encountered another dry cleaner where three days is considered “express”…
This cleaners is amazing!!! Clothes come back perfect looking new every time! Well pressed and clean! Only thing is they do not offer same day cleaning and that is because so many people drop off their clothes to be cleaned because they do an amazing job! This cleaners by far are one of the best in the DMV.
