We've recently had Bill out for two needs - a new toilet install and an outside faucet leak. He is courteous, on time, and performed both jobs cleanly. Although each required a minor follow up, he fit them into his schedule quickly and completed them happily. AND, how do you beat Free (local) Estimates..! We found both jobs were done well and were less expensive than other contractors (by a lot, in one case!).
Hot water heater went out in the evening, Bill was there first thing in morning , parts ordered and installed same day . Highly recommended . professional service, and fair pricing.
This was my first time using Practical Plumbing. It was an excellent experience. Work was done in a timely manner and Bill was willing to answer all my water heater questions. I will definitely use them again.
