I scheduled online. If you want a specific nail tech you have to call ahead. Frank did my pedicure and I was exceptionally amazed with their kindness, professionalism, and work. The hot stone massage was the best I've had in a long time.
The place is very clean and had soothing music playing. I will be coming again. I am very happy!
I went to Nail Trix to get a manicure. The manicurist I got, had a new polish on called “Cats eyes”. I had never heard of it, but the shifting of multiple colors and the luminous quality on her nails was absolutely beautiful! I changed my color request and went with this new polish. It turns out it is a special polish and technique that comes straight from Japan. When finished, I could not stop looking at my nails and moving them around. Better yet, the two people who had helped me were so proud and happy for me, it was just a lovely uplifting feeling with all of us grinning - truly a joy! Thx for a wonderful job and experience. Made my day :)
My nails look amazing!!! I called the salon a week prior saying that I wanted a specific nail design. They were very kind, and Trudy gave me her phone number, allowing me to send her the picture of the design. After viewing the design I wanted, she went out of her way to write down the exact colors and locate the materials that she would need. I am so happy with the result!
