Nate, the service manager was here today and I was very impressed with the professionalism and manner in which he conducted his business. Nate is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also friendly.
Nate, the service manager, is absolutely incredible at his job. He is diligent, works hard, and truly cares about his customers specific needs. I would recommend Home Paramount and Nate for anyone that needs their services.
Even though we have had pest service for years, we recently changed to Home Paramount (Sykesville branch). Our dog decided to ingest some of the granules that were spread. He had never done this before and we only knew because we saw him do it. My husband was alarmed, so I called customer service. The girl who answered was great and told me she would get someone to help. A supervisor immediately came to the phone and promised to call the local branch to see what was spread. Within 20 minutes, I received 2 calls from manager/supervisors. Both made our pet the priority and told me what was spread.
