I would like to give KUDOS to the Home Paramount (Eldersburg)Team (Jimmy Jackson, Rameek (Supervisor), Rick (Supervisor), Chris, Juan, and Nick) who helped me with getting my attic insulated and the actual work done to complete my attic on March 30th. This group of men are compassionate and hard working. Rameek, Rick, and Jimmy were concerned about the condition of my attic and the fact that a raccoon was living in there. They made things happen. Chris, Nick, and Juan did an awesome job, and they did a fantastic job on the final clean-up. What a professional group of men!
Nick Chris and Juan are tremendous at what they do. The knowledge and education they shared with me was mind blowing. They were here all day to assure the job was not only complete but done 100% accurate and shown so much care for what they do. It takes a special person to do this line of work and was so thankful to have them come out and take care of this awful mice issue. It has been a nightmare and to actually see a mouse stuck and no where to go shows you that it was done right. Everything is sealed and added all the proper equipment.
Having to do the attic work is a nightmare too the tightness of it and yet they did it.

Well, we certainly didn't want to call a pest control company, but we're so happy we found Paramount! My mom actually spotted Rick in a parking lot and felt comfortable enough to ask him about their services after being dissatisfied with another company — and it turned out to be the best decision!
From estimate to service, Paramount was fantastic. Jimmy, our salesman and estimator, was funny, kind, and easy to talk to. He answered all of our questions and even showed us photos and videos of what was going on in the attic. We were scheduled quickly, and Chris, Austin, Nick, and Juan were fabulous.
