I cannot say enough about Steve Jackson at Home Guard — he is truly the BEST in the business. What started as what we thought was a simple water spot in our boys’ bedroom ceiling turned into an absolute nightmare. The moment we cut into it, hundreds of yellow jackets exploded into the room. The morning following a recent nighttime thunderstorm, I found what turned out to be about a thousand termites. Most were dead and sprawled out on the ground-level windowsill, as if they had frantically bashed their heads against the glass trying to escape the darkness of my basement.
