Great service all around. My outdoor unit was not turning on. They were at my door within two hours of placing the call. They found out one of the wires had been disconnected inside the unit causing the system to not turn on. He checked my levels and also checked the unit inside as well. I was only charged their service fee of $89 and he was very thorough in explaining everything he checked before leaving my home. Highly recommend.

After wasting my money with another company that told me I needed a whole new HVAC unit I called Chapman Sales & Services. They came out the next morning found the problem fixed it and charge me less than the other guys did while actually doing something. In addition the technician went above and beyond performing other preventative maintenance that the other company failed to even point out. This is an honest business, and I will continue to use them as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend their service.

We've used Chapman on several occasions and will NEVER use another company as long as we can get superior service from the folks at Chapman Services Inc. Not only do they get the job done, but they are quick to get back to you and answer any questions. We had the unfortunate experience of needing to call another company (Chapman folks were booked with other jobs) this Memorial Day weekend as temps approached 100 degrees and they charged more for something they told us "couldn't be fixed" than the guys at Chapman did to actually fix it in a matter of 20 minutes.Thank you, Chapman! Would recommend to anyone who is wanting the job done RIGHT and for a reasonable price.
