Keep it up Coach Cam!!The Edge Training Academy is like no other gym that I have ever been to. The facility and space offer something only typically offered to college athletes. This facility gives you the freedom to: combine multiple disciplines of exercise, play basketball, workout on turf, run sprints, do high intensity interval training, practice lacrosse shooting, and when the timing is right, bring the whole family to get the sillies out. Had such a great experience this summer with Speed and Agility training that was facilitated by The Edge. They arranged for Coach Coop to meet a group of the athletes in our neighborhood at the local field. She ran agility training twice a week for 5 weeks this summer. She was fantastic. We saw a huge improvement in our boys speed and endurance.For reference, our boys are 13, one a long stick defenseman and the other a goalie in club lacrosse.
