I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sport Clips in Stevensville, MD and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The place itself is amazingly designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease.
The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel comfortable.
I had the pleasure of having Kimberly cut my hair and I couldn't be happier with the results. She took the time to listen to my preferences and offered helpful suggestions based on my hair type and style.
Overall, my visit was fantastic. I highly recommend this Sport Clips to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

The only recommendation I have for this place is to avoid it all cost. The staff are ill trained and the stylists are more capable at prattling when they totally ruin a kids haircut then actually being able to use shears and clippers effectively. The stylist that my son saw was more concerned in continuing a disagreement with another staff member about a computer issue then paying attention when she started using the clippers after we explained to her that we only wanted the sides and bangs trimmed up. She began by cutting off the back area that my son had been growing out all summer. After the third swipe of the clippers she realized her error and then started nervously prattling about how his hair would grow back. She then rushed the rest of the hair cut trying to fix what she could while doing a poorly panic riddled job. After we left Sport Clips we had to take my son to another barbershop, Social, where they immediately asked what happened and inquired if he tried to cut his hair himself due to choppiness and ill formed styling.
I will also say that when we where leaving Sport Clips the stylist continued her nervous prattling first apologizing and then trying to excuse her lapse at the front desk. At which point I asked her to stop and told her that we just wanted to leave. She then began to get defensive and argumentative. The fact that the supervisor on duty did not step in and take over the situation at that point also shows how poorly run and ill equipped this business location is being operated.

Update: I’m not very happy with his last cut. They are so good with my son! My only complaint is that I made an “appointment” (checked in) & I had to try to have my son sit still in the waiting area for 30 minutes after the appointment time before he got called. Overall we’re happy. His hair looks great! Thank you for a great haircut & for doing such a good job with him moving and all that. We’ll be back! ❤️

I get messed up every time and is an awful spot to get a haircut. You will show them a picture and then CLEARLY don’t take it right at all. Came out today lookin scary.
