Cameron was very knowledgeable and professional. He noticed my parts were still under warranty and let me know he could order them instead of charging me for new parts. I highly recommend Shoreline and especially recommend Cameron as a technician. The owner of the company was also incredibly friendly and helpful when I needed to schedule earlier than I originally requested and even answered my call even though he was on the way to a little league game.

Our A/C unit did not work over the last couple days. We called Shoreline Comfort yesterday and they came out the same day. They replaced the parts needed in our outside unit that were needed. They also checked our air handler in the attic.. Cameron was very professional and answered any questions we had. I can't thank them enough for what they did. We will be using them for all heating and A/C issues. Also thank you Alias for your concern for your clients. GREAT JOB
