MONTHS without working fridge & freezer. Promises made and not kept. NO MORE. Service was awful. 4 visits over months &still needed a new part. BS. I'm canceling out warranty, and any charges. Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT'S NON- EXISTANT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY SEATS/KENMORE. CAN'T even get someone on phone. Pitiful.

The Sears Repairman (Joe) came within the hours promised and then gave me 1/2 hr notice of his pending arrival..great!! He immediately diagnosed the problem....corrected the problem and then carefully described what had caused it and how to correct it myself in the future. It was a real pleasure to deal with someone who was a professional and also able to teach. Thank you Sears

The technician (Paul) worked diligently to diagnose the issue. He then ordered the parts and set up a follow up appointment before he left. He worked with the insurance provider to attempt the repair even though the insurance provider deemed the repair to costly. He was a true professional
