Our ice maker died. They came out decided it needed replacement. The new unit kept stopping. After serval times they decided it also was a bad unit. They replaced the unit again with out question. The second new unit has been working perfectly.The response and genuine concern that was displayed was above and beyond. Very pleased with how we were treated.Will always use them for any future needs.
