I am a Reality Check member at Truth Mind & Body and get regular massages, as well as use then ”Tech” (dry float table, hydro-massage table and massage chairs) and infrared sauna when I’m short on time. All the therapists are excellent and the boutique is always filled with cute clothing, jewelry and gift items. The atmosphere is very relaxed….I always enjoy my little “get aways” at Truth.
My favorite place! The best massage I’ve ever had and the salt floats are equally relaxing as they are healing. Love that there are options like hydromassage available for when you only have a few minutes to spare but need to disconnect.
I’ve been going to Truth Mind & Body for the last 2 years, and it has changed my life. I have suffered from back and shoulder pain, and getting frequent massages and even using the float tank I have felt a substantial difference in my life. The studio is so clean and calming, I look forward to going each time and could not recommend this more to anyone to try.
