We have loved working with FH Furr on every project that has come up. Their customer service call center is incredible — we can call at anytime of the day or night and speak to a live person. They get us an appointment within 24 hours. For our latest emergency, our AC just shut off, Cade came out and had it fixed within 20 min. Each technician has been very professional and we have been pleased.
Actual arrived on time and was pleasant and professional throughout his visit which was to perform a maintenance check on my aging AC system. He carefully explained potential problems with the old equipment, differentiating suggestions from recommendations, but did not attempt to persuade me into obtaining a new and updated system. I appreciated his input.
The technician is knowledgeable and did a great job. The pricing is ridiculously high. Nitrogen is 78% of atmospheric air yet it cost almost $600 per minute to use it to identify leak. I just can’t get the reason for the price. The technician was very experienced and suspected where the leak was coming from. He confirmed it in less than a minute of applying nitrogen. So I paid almost $600 for a minute for Nitrogen. Ridiculous!!!
