When the lady called me up I explained I was having trouble standing very long and she didn't care. As a matter of fact she made me wait while she hunted in her purse for something. Very little consideration for anyone having movility difficulties.Technician did a great job though.
Horrible staff, I never have issues giving blood but this is the one time she hurt me so bad, and aggressive. Also receptionist shouldn't be a receptionist. Not trying to sound rude. But she couldn't spell anything everyone that went to the window had to spell everything to her and yell it then she made them take there mask off. Also ask questions that doesn't have anything to do with the medical field and gave attitude if you did answer how she wanted you to.. I came here cause it's close but now I'll travel to a quest instead.
