Was very impressed with the service from start to finished. Tad was super nice, professional, explained everything we needed to know about a pellet stove. Even went out and open the trailer and showed us how it worked an even started a stove. The installment crew Dave, Matthew, Hunter was awesome. Could not ask for a better team. We had an appointment scheduled on a Friday but had a family emergency that needed immediate attention. I called Thursday to see if they had any openings available and David and Joe said they would be on the road in 10 minutes to service our pellet stove. When they arrived a storm was hitting our area and our power was out but they made sure they could wait and test the control panel and complete the repair. I appreciated the excellent customer service from both David and Joe and the commitment to meet the needs of my schedule. I highly recommend Mace Energy for all of your service needs.
