Took my jacket in for some oil stains, was informed it may not turn out the way I want it due to material but I told them have at it. Jacket looks brand new. Customer service was solid and process was so simple, will be coming back for sure.

I am going to Zips cleaner for almost 6-7 years or even more.currently the employees specially the ones who works in the front like Brenda,Gaby,Jessica are very friendly and always welcome me with a sweet smile.which I don’t get mostly in other places.keep up the good work.thanks

Jaylin has a great customer service. So respectful, smile, and super patient . I had to ask him where he is from and he confronted by saying the south. It was obvious, he was “yes ma’am”.
