Richard and his team converted a tub/shower into a walk in shower and replaced the bathroom floor tile. The tile work is clean and well installed. I also received email summaries every day and the owner was on site every day of the job. The price was very reasonable as well - I bid out the job to multiple companies. I will definitely use them again

I called in at 1 PM on a Thursday looking for quarry tiles for a chimney repair project for the next day. It turns out a truck was heading in my direction and they delivered the tiles straight to me by 4 PM. Amazing customer service. Quick, pleasant and efficient.

I was blown away by the great customer service. I initially called asking if they sold flexible grout. Richard, who answered the phone, asked me to tell him about my project, send him photos of the issue, and directed me toward the appropriate product. He didn't have it in stock, so he ordered it and personally delivered it to me! The next time I need tile help, I will go right back to Wheaton Tile.
