Michael is a very professional locksmith. We have the issue with the door for many years. We call him early in the morning and he comes out quickly to help us solve the problem in half an hour. Very strongly recommended!

Excellent service. Our time schedules were a little off at the beginning due to miscommunication with the address, but once we connected and he got started, it was full speed ahead. What I valued most was that as he was doing the install on my door for a dead bolt as well as changing the lower handles, I was drilling him with questions and so forth. He answered all and with a smile. At no point did I feel like I was irritating him. He explained every aspect of what he was doing and even tutored me a little.
Very friendly and to the point. Truly great service.
