My recent experience with Ulta’s buy online, pick up in-store service left me extremely dissatisfied. I want to start by acknowledging the helpfulness of the girl at the checkout counter, who did her best to assist me. However, several other aspects of my experience with this store were deeply disappointing.Firstly, my order was missing items. This was frustrating as I had already made the purchase online and expected all items to be readily available for pickup. Stopped in a few days ago to find a new fragrance, and was helped by two exceptional staff members, Sarah and Alexis.They both were very knowledgeable and helpful, and took the time to help me sample a few colognes. I ultimately decided to go with Valentino and received a lot of compliments on my new fragrance at an event the same night.I’ll be back soon! :)

I’m starting to not like this Ulta at all!!! The service is veryyyy slow and rude. Always empty, barely restocks. It’s so annoying because they’re a close location to me but the WORST.
