I got an eyebrow wax and a consult on some products from Dominique; she was super knowledgeable and even took the time to help me find a shade match and teach me how to use the product in a way I could replicate at home. 2 weeks later and the wax is still looks amazing and I have no acne or irritation. Can't recommend her enough!
I had an amazing customer service experience at this location in downtown silver spring. I placed a pick-up order online last minute the night before leaving for vacation. I lost track of time while packing and got to the store a few minutes before closing and they said the order wasn’t ready since it was placed too late in the day that it automatically pushed the pick-up date to tomorrow. Since they knew I was leaving tomorrow for vacation they graciously said they’d take me around the store and help me find all of 12 items in the order, even though they were closing.
