I did a pick up order and I love how quickly I was able to retrieve my order. I was a little concerned, because when I walked in, it was a long line and I only saw 1 cashier. I stood in the pickup line, which is separate from the regular line, and had my ID ready. I was greeted within seconds and then a few moments later, I was out the door. They even opened my bag in front of me, to make sure my items were correct. I can't speak on anything else, but as a person who values efficiency with a smile, they did just that.
Tiffany was so chipper and pleasant, which I really appreciated.
Cindy in hair asked me to show her inspiration photos for my hairstyle and as I began to show her while talking a bit about the occasion (I’m getting married), she cuts me off mid sentence (quite literally: yea yea yea, show me inspiration photos), in a rush to help a customer who was already in her seat.
I prefer that when people are busy and unable to provide you with a service, they verbalize that instead of being nasty. I walked right away, because I would never have confidence letting someone with poor customer service skills touch my hair.

Farrah, and Merveille was absolutely phenomenal today!!!! I was traveling across the country and was down to my last of my favorite perfume. It was not on the shelf , but Farrah went and found what I believe might be the last bottle and I am internally grateful for the above and beyond customer service she performed today.
