Wonderful service! I had a question about a lip combo and got help quickly. The individual that helped me out was very warm and kind! I even received help finding the right kind of concealer. I’m a beginner at makeup so it was really appreciated! The best service I’ve ever had at any Ulta.
Refreshing to see someone who hates their job more than I do. The moaning and sighing for a basic trim was a little dramatic. Actually funny. I’ve never seen anyone want to stab their eyes with the scissors rather than cut a few inches off of my hair. One star for results, but I’ll add in a few more for the unexpected theater.
Ugh, I hate coming to this location. I just needed to pick up one thing for a trip so I drove over in the rain. Apparently they close at 7pm now (which oddly early for that area) and the security guard literally locked the door and closed the blinds in my face at 6:58pm (in the pouring rain!). The employees there also don't seem to actually know anything about the products.
