She is always uptodate with her software, hands-on knowledge bank and CPA skills to give personal attention and time to every single client throughout the year. My family of four have used her services for past 12 years. She knows the IRS tax bracket system thoroughly well and has maintained A+++ rating with Maryland Better Business Bureau throughout. I have worked withTaxGuru for 2020 and 2021. Love that we are able to work virtually. The team is very professional. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because when we have reviewed our tax documents thoroughly we have found errors or omissions - either due to oversight or miscommunication (for example, an amount was never updated before submitting then I received a tax bill for the difference or revenue vs. profit amount field was not enter correctly). Also, when a question came up due to a state tax bill - little support or guidance was provided during outside of tax season.
