I had a great experience at Sugar Braids. I was a walk in customer and got small medium knotless braids. They look great, and came out neat and light. The owner was very kind and the stylists were pleasant. The price was reasonable and they took me as a walk in. Based off my experience, I would recommend this braid shop!
I appreciate that they used hypoallergenic hair. I also appreciate that the owner took time to check the braids and make some revisions before I left. That extra touch demonstrates care and that she's working towards establishing a standard.

I love the salon and the braiders are precise and really attentive, they might take your edges though so watch! The owner is also always lovely and helpful. I would just make sure you get a set price before they start braiding your hair, the prices on the website do not match what they charge in person
Used to be my go to for years. The warmth and customer service has gone down increasingly. When making an appointment, you still may wait for a time before being seen. It somehow takes all day to get job done, no matter the style. The owner is a beautiful person and professional, but how I was treated by staff during my last visit was my final straw.
