The install team ran into REBAR Metal below surface of pool deck which made core drilling impossible. So they got a jack hammer and kept going. It was hard work and they were never phased.

I hired SS Maryland Fence to replace 300+ feet of 20-year-old wood fence with a new white vinyl fence. Xavier was the project manager and Jeldy and his crew completed the work. I had compared prices leading up to the job, and their price was extremely reasonable. Jeldy and his crew were neat and conscientious during the job, and did a great job cleaning up all fence and tree debris that was generated during the 3-1/2 day project.
