This studio offers amazing exercises that strengthen the body. I enjoy the various classes (flow, control, cardio, center balance), and more. If you are hesitating to join, don’t. You will get stronger and feel better.

Liz is an exceptional teacher. I have been to over twenty Pilates studios throughout the U.S. and Liz has been one of the most beneficial instructors I have worked with. Her in depth knowledge and personal attention challenged me to deepen my practice. She was fully committed to my progress and I had fun learning from her.

I have been working with Liz for nearly a year and a half. A glued-to-my-desk couch potato all my life, I look forward to my pilates sessions with Liz. She learns and understands her clients' individual situations and concerns, and she knows how to tailor workouts to adapt to them. She also takes advanced classes to enhance her knowledge. I credit her sessions with making me stronger and helping me lose inches. I think the focus on strengthening core muscles has also made me more aware of my body position and posture.
