We were so happy with the results of this new, local small business. Yendil (Owner) came out and evaluated our dead grass situation. He offered varying options and price points and was honest and upfront about what it would take for grass to begin growing and sure enough within 3 weeks we had nice green grass coming in! He was quick to offer an estimate and quick to fit us in his schedule. We were so impressed that we asked him to do the first cut of the season as well.
